An automated teller machine (ATM) is one of the typical systems which need an online UPS to protect from possible irregularities in its power supply. ATMs are now located everywhere – bank branches, office buildings, residential areas, supermarkets, to mention a few places. They are exposed to unstable utility power and prolonged power outages each and every day, which in turn leads to communications line interruption; switch servers shutdown and frozen screens, all leading to loss of transactions and high customer dissatisfaction levels.
The i-power T-4101A is a state of the art pure sine wave single-phase UPS system that employs a true online double-conversion technology, customised to ensure banking and finance business continuity. It is designed to deliver clean and high quality electrical power for all ATM applications. The T-4101A (1P/1P) comes with a built-in AVR and wide input voltage range that protects ATM devices against outages, disturbances and spikes. The T-4101A offers high output power factor of up to 0.9, ensuring high performance and efficiency for critical applications. In addition, the T-4101A comes with a smart battery charger that optimizes the battery performance, ensuring longer lasting battery life.
